Dr. Esther (Estie) Hess is a developmental psychologist with over 40 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through developmental, emotional, and mental health challenges. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for the Developing Mind in Los Angeles, a multidisciplinary treatment center providing comprehensive assessment and intervention for individuals with complex developmental and regulatory needs. Her work is grounded in developmental-relational approaches and reflects a deep commitment to helping families navigate vulnerable moments with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care.
